Add S3 Compatible Backup Provider

It should work similarly as S3. User should be able to input
- Bucket Name - Access Key ID - Secret Key - Endpoint - Region
## How to make sure it works? With custom info (via the "S3 compatible"), a backup should be generated on S3. If it works, then it would work on S3-compatible with other platforms as well.
