As far as I could tell FlyWP only allows one to add a DNS entry into Cloudflare pointing to the site while creating it. One cannot add entries after the site has been deployed, or manage already existing entries.

This also applies to FlyWP's temporary domain, it can only be enabled during creation and not afterwards.
